What’s with the dizziness at night?

Dizziness at night may be related to physiological factors, or it may be caused by high blood pressure, cervical spondylosis, insufficient cerebral blood supply and other reasons.
1. Physiological factors: for example, too busy work during the day, frequent mental labor, coupled with a high degree of mental concentration and excessive tension, may lead to dizziness at night, which may also be accompanied by mental fatigue, weakness and other manifestations.
2. High blood pressure: If you stay up late at night and do not have a good sleep, it may cause elevated blood pressure, especially when the elevated blood pressure is more pronounced, resulting in increased pressure inside the cerebral blood vessels, which may cause dizziness at night.
3. Cervical spondylosis: If patients with this disease maintain an incorrect sleeping position for a long time at night, it is likely to lead to localized vascular pressure, which may cause dizziness at night, and may also be accompanied by neck and shoulder pain, numbness and other manifestations.
4. Insufficient cerebral blood supply: If there is cerebral arteriosclerosis, resulting in insufficient blood supply and oxygen supply to the brain tissue, and the slow blood flow at night when you sleep, it is easy to aggravate the insufficient cerebral blood supply, which may cause dizziness at night, and may also be accompanied by sleepiness, weakness and other manifestations.
Dizziness at night, exclude physiological factors, should seek medical treatment as soon as possible, after the cause is clear, give targeted treatment.
