Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is a clonal proliferative malignancy of mature B lymphocytes, characterized by the accumulation of lymphocytes in peripheral blood, bone marrow, spleen and lymph nodes. Chronic gonorrhea is the most common adult leukemia in Europe and the United States, accounting for nearly 30% of all leukemias. Chronic gonorrhea occurs mainly in the elderly population, with more than 85% of patients > 55 years of age at the time of initial diagnosis and an average age of 72 years. Chronic gonorrhea is relatively rare in Asian countries, including China, and the average age of onset is about 65 years. The causes of chronic gonorrhea include genetic and environmental factors, with genetic factors playing a more important role.
