1.Dry nasal cavity, often with pus crust, causing nasal congestion and headache. 2, prone to rhinorrhea. 3.Small perforations located in the front can occur whistling sound when breathing; perforations caused by tuberculosis and syphilis are often accompanied by foul-smelling pus crusts. 4.If the perforation is too large, there is atrophy of the nasal mucosa. 5. When looking for the cause, link it with other parts and systemic lesions, and do relevant bacteriological and serological examinations and biopsy to clarify that it is caused by tuberculosis, leprosy or syphilis.
