A suspected case of neocrown pneumonia is defined as having any one of the epidemiologic histories, and meeting any two of the clinical manifestations is sufficient.
The epidemiologic history includes: 1, a history of travel or residence in the infected area or other areas with local case transmission within 14 days prior to the onset of the disease; 2, exposure to patients with fever, or respiratory symptoms from the area where the outbreak originated, or from areas with ongoing local case transmission within 14 days prior to the onset of the disease; 3, an aggregated illness or epidemiologic association with a person with novel coronavirus infection.
Clinical manifestations included 1) fever; 2) presence of imaging features of pneumonia; and 3) abnormal blood tests.
