The 1st combined heart-lung transplant patient in Guangzhou Medical University Hospital recovered well after surgery, with stable blood pressure, heart rate and oxygen saturation, good blood flow to the extremities and strong pulse, and was successfully removed from the tracheal tube at 14:45 today (48 hours after surgery)! This is a team victory and a new chapter in the history of the First Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University, the only Ministry of Health-admitted heart and lung transplant center in South China.
