The main purpose of shock treatment is to restore circulating blood volume as soon as possible, reduce tissue ischemia and hypoxia, and ensure the maintenance and recovery of vital tissue and organ functions in order to relieve the endangered life state of the patient in shock. Shock treatment should first replenish the circulating blood volume by rapidly opening multiple intravenous accesses, inputting colloidal or crystalloid solutions, applying vasoactive drugs to raise blood pressure if necessary, such as dopamine, m-hydroxylamine and epinephrine, etc., in order to maintain normal human blood pressure, and also ensure the patency of the patient’s airway, and perform tracheal intubation, tracheotomy and ventilator-assisted ventilation if necessary to effectively ensure human ventilation and prevent Hypoxic state. Correct the cause of the shock, if it is anaphylactic shock, anti-allergy, blood loss shock, and blood transfusion. In case of infectious toxic shock, the patient should be treated with strong antibiotics.
