How can I confirm if it is lymphoma?

Patient: General information: male, 18 years old, student. Two years ago, he had a pathology for enlarged lymph nodes and his data was available in the pathology department of the hospital, when immunohistochemistry was done and the conclusion was lymphadenitis. He was told to go back for regular blood tests and ultrasound of liver, gallbladder and spleen. There was no abnormality after the check. Recently, the lymph nodes were found to be enlarged and the results were the same as above. I would like to ask if I should collect the lymph nodes again for medical examination. (I had a flu shot before.) What tests should be done next to confirm the diagnosis, and should I have another lymph node cut for pathology? Can it be lymphoma?
