Recommended breakfast recipes for diabetics

  ”Eat like an emperor in the morning, eat like a pauper at noon, eat like a beggar at night” is a folk health maxim. Breakfast should not be too greasy It is not advisable to choose fried chicken legs, fried eggs and other overly greasy food, which is not only detrimental to digestion and absorption, but also can lead to fluctuations in blood sugar.  Changing the order of meals helps post-meal blood sugar control Japanese nutrition experts found that eating vegetables first and then eating the main food can slow down the absorption rate of carbohydrates in the main food, thus delaying the rise of blood sugar after meals. If you eat foods with high protein and fat content first and then eat the main meal, you can delay gastric emptying, increase the feeling of satiety and reduce blood sugar fluctuations.  For diabetic patients, chewing slowly not only meets the requirements of digestive physiology, but also helps diabetic patients to control the amount of meals, increase the feeling of satiety and stabilize postprandial blood sugar.
