Symptoms of hepatorenal syndrome in the decompensated stage of liver cirrhosis mainly include abnormal liver function and abnormal renal function. Abnormal liver function manifests as decreased appetite, jaundice, bleeding, anemia, etc. Abnormal renal function mainly manifests as oliguria or anuria. Typical symptoms of hepatorenal syndrome in the decompensated stage of liver cirrhosis are oliguria or anuria, poor general condition, fatigue, weight loss, low-grade fever, dry skin or edema, often with loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, abdominal distension, ascites, upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage and other gastrointestinal symptoms, jaundice, spider nevus, and other skin manifestations, mostly accompanied by other organ changes such as splenomegaly, endocrine disorders and so on. Functional renal failure occurs in the decompensated stage of severe cirrhosis, with no obvious organic lesions in the kidneys, which is a syndrome characterized by renal function impairment, arterial circulation disorder and obvious abnormalities of vasodilatory factors. Close monitoring of vital signs is required, and early standardized treatment can delay disease progression.
