If there is an augmented lesion in the duodenal bulb, a qualitative examination of the augmentation needs to be done first, and the etiological condition can be analyzed by abdominal CT, gastroscopy, biopsy, etc. If it is a polyp, it can be removed by gastroscopy. If it is caused by a relatively large submucosal vessel or a submucosal cyst, it can be observed first, and when the cyst is relatively large and causes obstruction of the digestive tract, surgical removal of the cyst can be considered. If it is a benign tumor, it will easily lead to obstruction of the digestive tract and will compete with the body for nutrients, so timely surgical removal should be considered. If it is a malignant tumor, radical surgery should be done as soon as possible, and postoperative measures such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy should be combined. If the malignant tumor has distant metastasis and spread widely, it is not suitable for radical surgery, so simple radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment can be done, and palliative treatment can also be considered to relieve eating difficulties.
