Is an axillary temperature of 37.3 degrees considered to be hypothermia?

Hypothermia is generally defined as an oral temperature between 37.3°C and 38.0°C, and 37.3°C is already a low fever. If it is only a short-term fever, no uncomfortable symptoms can be closely observed.
Because of the low fever, antipyretic drugs are generally not recommended. Patients should seek prompt medical attention if they have other severe, persistent or progressive signs and symptoms, such as with night sweats, loss of appetite, wasting, cough, abdominal pain, headache, joint pain, etc.
