How to treat nephritic syndrome

The vast majority of patients with nephritic syndrome need to undergo renal puncture biopsy first to choose the appropriate treatment plan according to the type of pathology.
Nephritis syndrome refers to a large group of diseases with hematuria, proteinuria, edema, and hypertension as the main manifestations. Most patients need to undergo renal puncture biopsy to choose the appropriate treatment plan according to the pathologic type.
Some patients with nephritic syndrome can be treated with sartan or prilosec first, and some may also apply glucocorticoids or other immunosuppressants, such as tacrolimus, cyclophosphamide, cyclosporine, and so on. Therapies such as plasma exchange may also be used for specific pathological types of nephritic syndrome, and treatments such as hemodialysis may be needed if uremia or acute renal failure has resulted.
If nephritis syndrome is diagnosed, it is recommended that standardized treatment be carried out as soon as possible under the guidance of a doctor to reduce the adverse effects of the disease. Drugs need to be used according to the doctor’s prescription, do not self-medicate.
