What are the signs of warts and how are they diagnosed?

  Condyloma acuminatum, also known as genital warts, is a disease formed by infection of the genital area with the human papilloma virus. It is one of the common sexually transmitted diseases and is related to the occurrence of genital cancer.  The incubation period is 2 to 6 months. It is mostly found in glans, foreskin, tether and penile shaft in men, and in labia majora and minora, vaginal vestibule and cervix in women, besides, anus is also a good site. They are soft, reddish papules, fleshy redundancies that gradually increase in size and have a granular, rough and uneven surface, or fuse with each other in a cauliflower shape.     2, auxiliary examination: white acetate test positive, nucleic acid hybridization can be detected HPV-DNA related sequences, PCR test can be seen specific HPV-DNA amplification band, etc.  3, patients have a history of unclean sex or spousal infection, a few condyloma acuminata infected through contact with contaminated utensils, newborns can also be infected through the birth canal. The incubation period varies from 1 to 8 months, the average is 3 months.
