General culture without pathogenic bacteria growth generally means that no pathogenic bacteria growth or no dominant bacteria growth is seen when the bacterial culture is done. General culture generally refers to bacterial culture, such as sputum culture and urine culture are bacterial culture. If no growth of pathogenic bacteria is found in the petri dish during the above mentioned cultures, it can be said that there is no pathogenic bacterial growth. In addition, in some cases, during bacterial culture, such as sputum culture or urine culture, bacterial growth can be seen in the petri dish, but there are many kinds of germs and no dominant colonies, which generally means colonized or contaminated bacteria, not pathogenic bacteria, and it can be called as non-pathogenic bacterial growth. However, the absence of pathogenic bacteria in the general culture does not mean that there is no infection, because the results of the general culture may be related to a variety of factors, such as whether or not the specimen is qualified and whether or not antibiotics have been applied before the specimen is taken.
