Patients with advanced HER-2 gene mutation with high expression can choose targeted drug pyrrolitinib for treatment. 2. Patients with advanced BRCA gene mutation can choose targeted drug Olaparib for treatment. 3. Patients who are positive for estrogen receptor or progesterone receptor, or both, can choose CDK4/6 inhibitors for treatment, commonly used ones are paboxil and abciximab.
