How to treat white chaffing in adults

White chaff rash in adults can be treated with general therapy, medication, and physical therapy.
Leukofuria is a chronic skin disease characterized by superficial dry scaly hypopigmentation that occurs on the face. It mostly occurs in children and adolescents, and can also be seen in adults.
1. General treatment: keep the face clean, do not use alkaline soap to wash the face; dry skin should be properly coated with moisturizing skin cream; avoid overexposure to the sun, go out as much as possible to wear a sun hat or apply sunscreen; strengthen the nutrition, supplement vitamins.
2. Drug therapy: oral vitamin B, such as B6, B2, vitamin C, etc.; local emollient-based, with topical 1% hydrocortisone ointment, vitamin B6 ointment, 5% urea ointment and so on.
3. Physical therapy: ultraviolet rays, sunbathing or PUVA can be used to treat a few generalized cases.
