Many of the root causes of children’s illnesses are related to constipation

Many children who are sick have constipation symptoms. Constipation can bring a series of hazards to children, such as loss of appetite, sickness, hyperactivity, temper, and even affect their intellectual development. Constipation is a great health hazard for children. Constipation causes analysis: 1, unbalanced nutritional intake: most of the nutrition of small babies are from breast milk. If the mother likes to eat some spicy, fried and other easy on fire, strong stimulating food, it is very easy to make the baby’s intestinal tract heat, resulting in intestinal dryness, dry knot formation constipation. At the same time, if the baby’s solid food is big fish and meat, and few vegetables and fruits, it will also be too much protein intake and too little carbohydrate intake, which will lead to dry stools. If the stool is dry, the baby will be reluctant to solve because of the pain, the vicious circle after the number of bowel movements is even less. 2, food types are too fine: now on the market more and more fine children’s food, the lack of dregs, the baby ate more of these foods, although it is easy to digest, but is not conducive to intestinal peristalsis, over time the peristaltic function of the intestinal tract is reduced, will also cause baby constipation. 3, water shortage: younger babies often because of insufficient breast milk and cause water shortage type constipation, older babies like to drink a variety of sweet drinks, carbonated beverages, resulting in insufficient daily intake of water, dry intestines, causing constipation. 4, did not develop good defecation habits: people’s normal defecation time should be 5 ~ 7 o’clock every morning, but with the growing richness of adults’ night life, children will also follow the adults sleep late and wake up late. When children get up late, they miss the best time for defecation, and this will form a vicious circle every day, and constipation will come to them. In addition, children are more nervous about going to kindergarten or school, and they do not feel the intention to poop obviously, and when they come home at night, their intestinal function is already the weakest time of the day, so they will have no intention to poop or their stools will be very dry, and constipation will become more serious day by day. Children with frequent fever are often related to constipation: Children with frequent fever are often related to constipation. If the child is not relieved of constipation for a long time, the toxins in the child’s body can not be expelled, which will cause the body to “heat up”, tonsillitis, frequent fever and other conditions may occur in the child. Human waste is excreted through four channels: respiration, sweat, urine and feces, and the process of waste excretion is also the process of releasing waste heat from the body. If one of the aspects is not smooth, it will lead to excessive heat in the child’s body and eventually lead to disease, of which constipation is the most common. In addition, a child who is often constipated can also lead to dizziness, poor mood, poor complexion, hyperactivity, poor concentration, impatience and loss of appetite, which directly affects his development. Diet + good bowel habits can prevent constipation: If you pay attention to your child’s diet and bowel habits regularly, the problem of constipation can not only be prevented, but also solved in a targeted manner. Parents are advised not to be “too particular” about their child’s diet, as too fine a food will only aggravate the child’s condition. “For children with constipation, vegetables and fruits such as vegetables, radishes, bananas and apples are the best foods.” In addition, parents should help their children develop good bowel habits and stick to the habit of going to bed early and waking up early with them. The purpose of going to bed early is to get up early, and the purpose of getting up early is to have a bowel movement. Morning is the stage when the intestinal function starts and the intestinal function is the strongest, so morning is the best time for children to have bowel movements. After the child wakes up, parents should consciously tell the child that it is “time to defecate” and let the child walk, stretch, move around and drink a glass of plain water to promote bowel movement. For infants and toddlers, parents can rub their child’s tummy before defecation to help the child’s bowel movement and help the child form a bowel movement pattern.
