Are testicular cysts serious?

Testicular cysts are not serious. The incidence of testicular cysts is relatively low and the vast majority of testes have cystic changes within them. Testicular cysts are a benign lesion, and the vast majority of them may be cysts in the epididymis next to the testicle, treated as testicular cysts, a condition that does not require treatment. If the cyst is larger than 3cm, causing significant enlargement of the scrotum or feeling uncomfortable in the scrotum, you can consider performing a cystectomy. This surgery is usually relatively simple and can be over in an hour, and the stitches can be removed and discharged five days after the surgery. The vast majority of cysts do not require treatment, but only if the cyst is progressively enlarging and growing faster.
