What is breastfeeding?

With the increasing number of breastfeeding mastitis consultations, we often face those full of abscessed breasts, with heartache, pain, sadness and admiration. I admire the fact that these mothers can endure the severe pain caused by poor connection and even the daily loss of half a nipple while insisting on breastfeeding, and can endure the pain of localized lesions for ten days plus the squeezing pain of improper massage. However, I was thinking that these mothers are educated, educated, patient, and serious people, and I looked at the notes they took out of their pockets full of questions, and the measurement records of the baby’s weight, urine and stool, which filled me with respect as a sloppy person in life. Is it because they have too much knowledge to acquire or be acquired, too much knowledge to recognize, or do they just lose their minds when it comes to feeding their babies and can’t find the focus? For example, when I was answering their questions about how to safely increase the amount of milk, I was asked, “Will that affect the baby’s sleep? I’ve heard that sleep is especially important, that it affects the baby’s intelligence, and that I should make sure she gets plenty of sleep. We also often hear things like: I don’t feel well anywhere, who does too, what did she do, well, it worked, she told me what to do. Most people would find these scenarios ridiculous when they happen to others, but many of us knowledgeable mothers are actually thinking and doing this, and sadly, there are unpredictable consequences, ranging from mastitis to breast abscesses. The original simple and wonderful enjoyment of breastfeeding has become so difficult and even out of reach. Why? As a mother who is about to welcome a new baby, is it more important to have a smooth supply of breast milk as a survival necessity when preparing various high quality necessities for your baby? Is it possible to divert some of the energy from selecting items to stock up on breastfeeding knowledge? Do you realize that the baby is also using the mother’s body to personalize the most appropriate and nutritious food for itself as it grows and develops in the womb? We humans in nature like all creatures have the ability to conceive and raise our own babies, we can do it without aids, we can do it without the help of others, just natural baby sucking on its own, in the nursing process, the baby and the mother grow up at the same time, the heart will be strong with it, believe in yourself, believe in your baby is the best gift to your baby.
