How to run correctly

1.Running with a smile This is the first thing you can do to change your attitude towards running. A simple smile will bring you into a better mood and you will be ready to take on the challenge of running. You will let go and enjoy running! 2.Think of something happy while running Don’t think about how many more minutes or how far you have to run before you finish. Let your mind go, think about the most enjoyable times in your life, think about the people you love, long for a dream vacation. 3, go outdoors and run Everyone has different tastes. Some people like to run on the treadmill, but I think it’s annoying. I seem like a hamster on a wheel. Running outdoors can stimulate the freedom of the body and mind, and shake off the inherent thinking! 4, find the best time to run The biggest mistake when starting to run is to have tried to run very early in the morning, many people are not morning type people, early morning running is really hard for some people, while evening running is perfect for them. In my case, running in the evening releases the tension I have built up throughout the day, clears my mind, helps me overcome stress or any other negative thoughts that enter my mind during the day, and also, gives me the energy to spend time with my family in the evening. You have to feel your body, find your ideal time to exercise and make time for it. 5, set your own pace and time When you start running, don’t follow any guidelines that suggest how long you should run. Try to run until you feel more comfortable to enjoy running. The next time you run you will find that you can run a little longer and will enjoy running a little more. Some days I feel like I can run so much I don’t need to stop, and other days I can barely run for 20 minutes. Realize that it’s your decision to run or not; running is not a chore or a task. Run for the joy of running, just like the kids do! 6.Enjoy difficulties and hardships I recently read an article by Justin Dixon, “The Hidden Value of Difficulties”. This article made me realize what part of running I enjoy the most. I love the challenge of hardship; indulging in the difficulties of running. The achievement of each small goal is a victory for me, and this victory drives me to desire more. 7, wearing comfortable running clothes This does not even need to be said. You have to buy good running shoes, breathable clothes, and if you run in cold weather it has to be warm. Sports underwear is a necessity for women runners. When my mom tried running she was wearing old tennis shoes and naturally, her feet and knees started hurting 5 minutes after she started running. I bought her a good pair of running shoes, and these shoes completely changed the way she felt when she ran. 8, break the routine When you start running, you will gradually figure out a set of suitable running routine. And if you don’t want to feel bored with running, try something new. Find a new route, try fast running or long distance running, interval running, listening to music or not listening to music running. 9, see long-term results Sometimes you need extra motivation, and long-term goals can give you that motivation. Imagine yourself as a light and agile high school student who is running with a group of adults in their late 20s and early 30s. That’s a much better image than an old guy who can’t leave the house without his medication, is old and crippled, and can’t even walk 100 feet. 10, keep running for a while If you’re just a beginner runner, I have to warn you: running is not easy because no matter what you do, your body will be sore after the first time and your lungs will seem to be crushed as hard as they are. You won’t see any fun in running. But you know what? That’s true of almost any other activity or hobby. You have to give running a try and stick with it for a few weeks. Once you see the results of the first phase (increased mileage or time, loss of a few pounds, you’ll feel that famous “runner’s high”), running will become easier. If you enjoy running, then it will be a very good means of fitness. If you can’t enjoy it, then running is a complete torture. Running isn’t for everyone. If you can’t find the joy in it after many correct attempts, try something else. If you enjoy running, if you are passionate about running, then run!
