High white blood cell lymphocytes and neutrophils are mostly caused by bacterial or viral infections, and may also be caused by myeloproliferative diseases.
1. Bacterial or viral infections: when the body is infected by external pathogenic bacteria, the inflammatory stimulus will cause the body to have an immune response, which will lead to a high level of lymphocytes and neutrophils in white blood cells, if the neutrophils are elevated, most of them are bacterial infections, and if the lymphocytes are elevated, most of them are viral infections.
2. Myeloproliferative diseases: for example, primary myelofibrosis, erythrocytosis, essential thrombocythemia, leukemia and other hematologic diseases, there may be high leukocyte lymphocyte neutrophils.
It is recommended to go to the hospital for further examination of high leukocyte lymphocyte neutrophils, combined with clinical symptoms and other auxiliary tests to confirm the cause of the disease for treatment.
