According to pathological classification, highly differentiated breast cancers include non-invasive carcinoma and invasive special carcinoma, while non-invasive carcinoma and invasive special carcinoma include various subtypes. 1. Non-invasive carcinoma: including intraductal carcinoma, lobular carcinoma in situ and nipple eczema-like breast cancer; it means that the tumor cells have not yet broken through the basement membrane, which belongs to the early stage and has relatively good prognosis. 2. Invasive special carcinoma: including papillary carcinoma, medullary carcinoma (with a large number of lymphocytic infiltration), tubular carcinoma (highly differentiated carcinoma), mucinous adenocarcinoma, sweat gland-like carcinoma, adenoid cystic carcinoma and so on; this type of cancer is highly differentiated and the prognosis is still good. For early breast cancer and highly differentiated breast cancer, surgery is the first choice, and the prognosis of highly differentiated breast cancer is better after early surgery; if you have breast discomfort, it is recommended that you should consult a doctor in time and improve breast related examination, so as to achieve early detection of the disease and early treatment, and to take reasonable therapeutic measures as soon as possible.
