Can you drink watermelon juice during menstruation?

Women should not drink watermelon juice during menstruation, especially not with watermelon juice placed in the refrigerator. Although watermelon juice tastes sweet and quenches thirst, women drinking watermelon juice during menstruation can easily cause dysmenorrhea, cause poor discharge of menstrual blood, and can even cause reduced menstruation.
