The whole procedure of impaction surgery includes anesthesia, ligation, dressing change and suture removal. 1. Anesthesia: after surface anesthesia with 0.5% bupivacaine solution in the conjunctival sac, local infiltration anesthesia is done in the subcutaneous area of the lower eyelid as well as the fornix. 2. Ligation: The silk thread is injected from the conjunctiva of the lower fornix, and two sets of double-armed sutures are introduced through the fascia, orbital septum, and the front of the lid, and the skin surface is penetrated from 2 mm below the lid margin, and the coil is padded with a rubber sheet (or a rubber band), and the sutures are adjusted to the margins of the lids to be ligated with a mild exophthalmos. 3. Medication change and suture removal: postoperative eye pads cover, daily medication change, the use of antibiotic eye drops or eye ointment, 5 to 7 days to remove the suture. If the number of inverted eyelashes is large or accompanied by lid entropion, surgical treatment is feasible. Inverted eyelashes cause discomfort, should go to the hospital, after examination to determine the treatment method, standardized treatment.
