Hemoptysis is a serious clinical condition, and the main treatments are medical medication, surgical treatment and endovascular intervention. Patients with hemoptysis are often poorly treated with medical drugs or have recurrent symptoms, while surgical procedures are highly invasive and some patients do not have surgical indications due to their own pathology. Endovascular intervention is a minimally invasive, efficient and low-risk embolization of the hemoptysis blood supply vessels. The main indications include: 1. emergency treatment for fatal hemoptysis; 2. hemoptysis that cannot be cured surgically; 3. recurrent hemoptysis with poor medical treatment or recurrent symptoms and no indication for surgical treatment; 4. hemoptysis that refuses surgery; 5. hemoptysis that remains after surgery. My advantages: 1. Systematic, complete and meticulous vascular intervention for hemoptysis to ensure clinical efficacy; 2. Preoperative CT angiography for vascular evaluation of lesions; 3. Improvement of embolic agents and multi-target vascular embolization to minimize the recurrence rate; 4. We are the leading endovascular interventional treatment for hemoptysis in China, and are the first to treat hemoptysis of pulmonary artery origin.
