What are the symptoms of kidney disease?

When you have kidney disease, the course of the disease is different and so are the symptoms. At the initial onset, there are no obvious symptoms, only symptoms of sleepiness and weakness, back pain and increased nocturia. A few patients will have anorexia, anemia and toxic symptoms. With the development of the disease, the symptoms become more and more obvious, and serious symptoms such as gastrointestinal bleeding and acute heart failure appear one after another. The symptoms of kidney disease are as follows. 1, gastrointestinal symptoms: are common symptoms, which appear at the early and late stages of the disease, manifesting as anorexia, indigestion, nausea and vomiting, and a bad taste in the mouth. 2, gastric and duodenal inflammation, ulcers, bleeding: a common symptom in the middle of the disease, most patients will appear, and the incidence is extremely high. In recent years, some patients will also have symptoms of renal anemia, which varies in severity. Some are mildly anemic and some are moderately anemic. The main cause of anemia is hematologic abnormalities and erythropoietin deficiency. In addition, shortness of breath and shortness of breath are among the symptoms of this disease. The symptoms are respiratory in nature and are mostly caused by excessive body fluids or acidosis. Excess body fluid can also cause other symptoms, such as pulmonary edema. When pulmonary calcification, pleurisy and uremia occur, patients are seriously ill and difficult to treat. 3. Cardiovascular lesions: one of the complications, which can be fatal. When the kidney function deteriorates, the chance of heart failure increases, and eventually when kidney failure develops into uremia, the patient’s life is threatened. Most people with heart failure will die if they are not rescued in time or if they are not treated properly. Patients can only be treated by hemodialysis or kidney transplantation to relieve the disease and prolong their lives. If the disease is complicated by cardiomyopathy and pericardial effusion, it should also be treated promptly, as these are serious symptoms.
