Kidney cancer has no manifestation in the early stage, only in the late stage there are some manifestations. The manifestations of late stage kidney cancer are the three major symptoms usually mentioned, one is pain in the back, lump or mass in the back, and another is hematuria. But these three manifestations often appear only in the late stage of kidney tumor. Of course, there are also some non-specific manifestations of kidney cancer, such as wasting, decreased hemoglobin, etc., which are not specific to kidney cancer, and usually can be called paraneoplastic syndrome manifestations, which are not unique to kidney cancer, but these manifestations can often occur in advanced kidney cancer.
