The most serious immune system disease refers to the lupus crisis of SLE. In a very short period of time, lupus crisis can be life-threatening for the patient. Common manifestations of lupus crisis include hemorrhagic alveolitis, acute thrombocytopenia, and acute renal failure, while some may manifest as severe lupus encephalopathy. All of these manifestations of SLE may endanger the patient’s life and cause death within a short period of time, so it is the most serious immune system disease. For patients with lupus crisis, high doses of glucocorticoids and gammaglobulin are required for shock treatment.
