Symptoms of lung cancer before death

Different lung cancer patients may have different symptoms before death, but most of them have hoarseness, chest pain, shoulder pain, etc., as follows: 1. hoarseness: it is the most common lung cancer symptom before death, mainly because the tumor invades the left side of the mediastinum, so that the recurrent laryngeal nerve is compressed and hoarseness arises, but there are no other symptoms of sore throat and upper respiratory tract infection; 2. Most lung cancer patients with regional dissemination in the chest have symptoms of chest pain; 3.Shoulder pain: mainly caused by the compression of nerve by lung cancer mass or bone metastasis; 4.Head and face edema: lung cancer mass invades the right side of mediastinum and presses the superior vena cava, which will cause poor return of jugular vein and anger, and finally will lead to facial and neck edema; 5.Pleural effusion and Shortness of breath: lung cancer cells metastasize to the pleura in a large amount in the late stage, resulting in a large amount of pleural effusion, which restricts the expansion of lung tissues and the beating of the heart, so that patients will feel difficulty in breathing and shortness of breath, or even telescopic breathing, while they cannot lie flat at night; 6. Most lung cancer patients with brain metastases may experience drowsiness, lethargy, shallow coma, deep coma and finally death due to respiratory and cardiac arrest.
