Leukodystrophy is a chronic systemic disease with the underlying pathological change of vasculitis. Clinical manifestations include recurrent mouth ulcers, genital ulcers, etc., but all organs of the body can be involved. C-reactive protein, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, leukocyte classification and serum IgG can be checked, in addition to pathological examination and immunogenetic tests at the ulcer.
