There are two ways to treat lymphatic duct cysts: first, conservative treatment can be considered by applying local ointment to reduce swelling and pain, softening and dispersing nodules, activating blood circulation and resolving blood stasis to see if the cyst can be gradually reduced, thus alleviating the blockage of the lymphatic ducts and reducing symptoms. The cyst can also be treated locally by needle puncture to extract the fluid inside and reduce the cyst, thus relieving the symptoms, but both treatments may cause the cyst to continue to grow and recur. Secondly, surgical treatment is to find the cyst after cutting the skin and slowly separate the peritoneum and the whole cyst completely to solve the fundamental problem.
