In addition to climate-related, mental illness in the spring also has multiple reasons, on the one hand, the spring is the beginning of the year, this time everyone is facing a lot of new tasks, new jobs, new pressures, life is more monotonous or introverted, lower psychological quality of the people in this season is more prone to morbidity, prone to depression, anxiety and other psychiatric symptoms. Prevention of relapse of mental illness can start from several aspects: First, the mental patient is best to carry out certain activities, if the condition is more stable, it is best to participate in some simple work, so that they have some social activities, but should not be engaged in heavy, stay up late at work, adhere to the normal work and rest shall prevail.
