Lower Eyelid Surgery, as the name implies, is a surgical procedure where the lower eyelid is moved downward to make the eye larger. The purpose of this procedure is to widen the eyelid, just in a different direction, as with the eye opening, which is done horizontally, and the lower eyelid surgery, which is done vertically.
