Leukocytes 40/HP in prostate fluid test is usually caused by prostatitis.
Prostate fluid is the secretion of the prostate gland and the main component of semen. Under normal circumstances, white blood cells in prostate fluid should be less than 10/HP, for prostate fluid white blood cells for 40/HP people, usually caused by prostatitis.
