What is the presentation of ruptured intestinal mesenchymal tumor with abdominal implantation

Ruptured mesenteric tumor combined with abdominal implantation may present with an abnormal abdominal mass, abdominal pain, abdominal distension, low-grade fever, and anemia. Intestinal mesenchymal tumors usually have brittle texture and thin envelope, especially those with large size are more prone to rupture. After tumor rupture, the main symptoms are abdominal pain, abdominal distension, which may be accompanied by low-grade fever. Signs include anemic appearance, abdominal mass, pressure pain, rebound pain and so on. If there is more bleeding after tumor rupture, there may be a drop in blood pressure and mobile turbid sounds in the abdomen. Laboratory tests may show decreased hemoglobin and so on. In addition to the above symptoms of tumor rupture, for those who are combined with abdominal implants, there will be multiple abdominal masses, abdominal distension, and if the pressure on the intestinal lumen will cause difficulty in defecation or intestinal obstruction. If the above symptoms occur, it is recommended that the patient should go to the hospital in time for consultation and treatment as soon as possible.
