Sixth, anorexia
    1. Medicine cake compress method: 10 grams each of patchouli, dogwood, yam and carthamus, 5 grams each of mullein and clove, finely ground, mixed into a paste with warm boiling water, made into a triangular medicine cake, compress on Shen Que, Tian Shu and Qi Hai empty points, the three corners of the triangular medicine cake, to be compressed and covered on the umbilical cord on both sides of the Tian Shu and Qi Hai points under the umbilicus, covered with gauze, and fixed with a belt or tape.     2. Acupuncture therapy
(1) Moxibustion of Shen Que 
Moxa is burned and warmed around Shen Que without touching the skin, to the extent that the skin is flushed. Moxibustion once a day for 7 days is used for cold spleen and stagnant qi.
(2) Acupuncture in Zhongchong without leaving the needle and bleeding from shallow stabs. Used for evidence of heat accumulation in the heart meridian.
    3. Tuina therapy
    (1) Divide yin and yang, move the eight trigrams, pacify liver wood, rub Baihui and Annmian (the midpoint of the line between cataract and Fengchi). For panic, clear lung Jin, rub Yin Tang, Tai Chong and Neiguan; for spleen cold, tonify spleen Earth, rub Foot San Li, San Yin Jiao and Guan Yuan; for heart heat, diarrhea the small intestine, rub Xiao Tian Xin, Neiguan and Shen Men.    ・

Nine, purpura
    1. Acupuncture therapy
   (1) Main acupuncture point: Quchi, feet three li. The main acupuncture point: Hegu, blood sea. First stab the main acupuncture point, the effect is not good plus stab the backup points. If there is abdominal pain, stab San Yin Jiao, Tai Chong and Neiguan. For allergic purpura.
    (2) Take acupuncture points Bailiao and Lumbar Yangguan. Moxibustion with a moxa pillar across the ginger. Moxibustion for 45 minutes per point, 1 time per day. Used for evidence of Qi not taking in blood.
(3) First acupuncture diaphragmatic Yu and spleen Yu, oblique stabbing at an angle of 45° toward the spine, rapid entry, twisting and lifting, retaining the needles for 5 minutes after obtaining qi, then acupuncture Blood Sea and Sanyinjiao, retaining the needles for 30 minutes after obtaining qi with direct stabbing. 1 time a day, 1 course of treatment for half a month. Used for Qi deficiency and Yin deficiency and fire inflammation.
    2. Fumigation therapy
(1) Chinese herbal fumigation No. 1 (in-hospital preparation), used for wind-heat injury evidence.
(2) Chinese herbal fumigation formula No. 2 (in-hospital preparation), used for blood-heat delusion evidence.
X. Fever
1. Retained enema method
Crush the pills of Angong Niuhuang Pills, dissolve and mix with 40 ml of warm water, and take 1 enema for children over 10 years old, 1M2 for children between 5 and 10 years old, and 1M3 for children under 5 years old. Used for high fever with convulsions.
2. Blood pricking therapy
Take any one of Shixuan, Dazhi and Zhizhong and puncture with a trigeminal needle. Bleed 3-10 drops each from Dazhi and Zhizhong, and 1-3 drops each from Xuan. Twice a day, when the fever subsides.
3. Tuina therapy
Push Tianheshui 400 times, push six internal organs 300 times, take Fengchi and shoulder well several times each. If there is no sweat, push San Guan 300 times. It is used for those who have a mild wind-cold fever.
XI. Acute frightening wind
    1. Acupuncture therapy
    (1) body acupuncture: convulsions take points Renzhong, Hegu, Neiguan, Taichong, Yongquan, Baihui, Yin Tang. High fever points Quchi, Dazhi, ten Xuanyuan bloodletting, phlegm take points Fenglong, closed teeth take points Xia Guan, cheek car. All use medium-intensity stimulation techniques.
    (2) Auricular acupuncture: take acupoints Shen Men and Subcortical. Strong stimulation.
    2. Tuina therapy
High fever, pushing the three gates, through the six internal organs, clear the Tianhe water; coma, twisting the earlobe, pinch the commission; spasms, pinch the tianting, pinch the Renzhong, take the Quchi, take the shoulder well. In case of acute convulsions, take the large dun point and the shoelace point; in case of convulsions, bend the body forward and pinch the commission point; in case of backwardness, pinch the knee and eye point; in case of adverse teeth and dizziness, pinch the hegu point.
3.Patching therapy
Freshly pounded dragon for mud, add the appropriate amount of honey spread on gauze, cover and paste the fontanelle to relieve spasm and calm the panic. It is used for infants with acute fright and all kinds of evidence.
XII. Enuresis
    1. Compress therapy
    3g of each of Wu Bei Zi and He Shou Wu, grinded. Apply to the umbilicus with vinegar, cover with oil paper and gauze, and fix with adhesive tape. Apply once a night for 3 to 5 times. Used for deficiency evidence of urine loss.
   2. Acupuncture therapy
    (1) Acupuncture the nocturnal urinary point (at the midpoint of the transverse line of the second phalangeal joint on the metacarpal surface of the little finger), and leave the needle for 15-20 minutes each time. Daily or every other day, 7 times for a course of treatment.
    (2) Auricular acupuncture Main acupuncture point: urinary retention point (between the kidney point and the endocrine point, below the esophageal point). Supporting points: renal point, subcortical. Retain the needle for 30 minutes each time, once a day or every other day.
3. Laser therapy
    Take points Guan Yuan, Qi Hai, Bai Hui, Shu San Li, and San Yin Jiao and irradiate them with a 1.5 to 2.0 mw helium-neon laser. Each point is irradiated for 1 to 2 minutes, once a day or every other day, 6 to 10 times for a course of treatment, for 2 to 3 courses of treatment. It is used for urinary emission due to deficiency of kidney qi and spleen-lung qi.
XIII. Abdominal pain
1. Tuina therapy
Rub the middle epigastrium for 3 minutes, massage the abdomen for 5 minutes, press the spleen and stomach yu 10 times each, press and rub the foot three li 10 times, and take the hegu 10 times. For cold pain, add taking belly corner 5 times, rubbing Shen Que 3 minutes, pushing San Guan 300 times, rubbing Wai Lao Gong 30 times, rubbing Yi Wo Feng 20 times; for deficiency cold in spleen and stomach, add rubbing Zhong Gu 10 minutes, replenishing spleen earth 400 times; for insect disturbance abdominal pain, add rubbing umbilicus 20 times, taking belly corner 30 times, pressing Tian Shu 10 times; for food accumulation abdominal pain, add rubbing Pan Men 50 times, clearing and replenishing spleen earth 200 times each, clearing large intestine 200 times.
2. Compress therapy
Pound 90 grams of ginger as mud, and 30 grams of flour, then break the shell of the egg and remove the yolk to take the egg white and add the above medicine and mix well to make a round cake with a diameter of 8 to 10 cm. Apply to the stomach, covered with plastic film gauze, and then fixed with a bandage around the chest, once a day.
3. Acupuncture therapy
Take foot three miles, Nei Guan strong stimulation line needle 1 to 2 minutes, do not keep the needle. Treatment of various types of acute abdominal pain.
XIV. Mumps
1. Compress therapy
(1) Qing Dai San, Zi Jin Zhen, Ru Yi Jin Huang San, choose one. Apply to the affected area after mixing with vinegar or water, 2 times a day. It is suitable for swelling and pain in the cheek.   
    (2) Fresh dandelion, fresh amaranth, fresh cactus (remove the thorns), any one of them. Mash and apply to the affected area twice a day. It is suitable for swelling and pain in the cheek area.
    2. Acupuncture therapy
    (1) Acupuncture method: take cataract, cheek car, hegu, diarrhea method, strong stimulation. For fever, add Quchi and Dazhi; for testicular swelling and pain, add Blood Sea and Sanyinjiao. 1 time daily.
    (2) Fire moxibustion method: take the Horn Sun point, cut off the hair, light it with a matchstick and quickly press it on the Horn Sun point (the fire will extinguish itself). After fire moxibustion, the local skin is red, or white, no discomfort. 1 time a day.
    3. Laser therapy
Use helium-krypton laser point irradiation. Main points: Shaoshang, Hegu, and A-Yi points (localized to the enlarged parotid gland). Supporting points: Quchi and Fengchi. 4 to 8 points per time, each point irradiated for 5 to 10 minutes, once a day, for 3 to 5 days.
XV. Hyperactivity syndrome in children
     1. Acupuncture therapy
(1) Body acupuncture Main points: Neiguan, Taichong, Dazhi, Quchi. Supporting points: inattention with Baihui, Sishencong, Daling; excessive activity with Anshin, Annmian, Xin Yu; emotional instability, restlessness with Shenting, Tanzhong, Zhaohai. Use the diarrhea method, without moxibustion, once a day or every other day, 10 times for a course of treatment. Older people can switch to electro-acupuncture. After each acupuncture, use the plum blossom needle to tap on the back, the bladder meridian, and the Governor’s vein, until the skin is flushed, and the points of the heart, kidney, and dazhi should be keyed.
    (2) Ear acupuncture Main point: Kidney. Supporting points: subcortical, brainstem, and excitement points. Add or subtract points with symptoms: forgetfulness and dreaminess plus heart, loss of appetite plus spleen, impatience and irritability plus liver.
     2. tui na therapy
    (1) Take the ribbed surface of the end of the little finger and the ribbed surface of the end of the index finger. The practitioner uses the thumb to push the little finger and the ribbed surface of the index finger directly from the root to the tip of the finger respectively. Repeat 100-500 times. By nourishing the kidney meridian and clearing the liver meridian, this will nourish the kidney yin and submerge the liver yang.
(2) Take the ribbed surface of the end of the thumb and the ribbed surface of the end of the middle finger. The practitioner uses the thumb to push straight towards the root of the palm to push the ribbed side of the last knuckle of the thumb and rotate the ribbed side of the last knuckle of the middle finger. It is effective for people with heart and spleen qi deficiency.
