What is the pattern of hypothermia in tuberculosis?

Tuberculosis fever is characterized by a low temperature in the afternoon and evening, with a temperature around 38°C. The temperature becomes normal again after the next morning, and this is a characteristic of tuberculosis fever.
Of course, this is not absolute, as some patients with tuberculosis have other bacterial infections and their fever is not regular. Therefore, TB fever needs to be decided on a case-by-case basis.
