Survival rate of laryngeal cancer after radiotherapy

Laryngeal cancer treatment is divided into postoperative radiotherapy and pure radical radiotherapy or radiotherapy.1. Postoperative supplemental radiotherapy is more effective for laryngeal cancer, with a five-year survival rate of up to 80% for early and middle stages and up to 90% for stage I. The effect of middle and late stages will be worse, around 70%, and if surgery cannot be removed, there is no safe margin or there is residual, it will be lower than 70%, around 50%.2. Radical radiotherapy is more effective for early and middle stages good, while the survival rate of middle and late stage treatment is about 10%-20% lower than that of post-surgical radiotherapy.
