How to detect vulvar cancer

First of all, the manifestation of vulvar cancer is mainly itching of vulva, which may even cause pain, and nodules of ping-pong ball size can be seen with naked eyes. If the above mentioned conditions exist, it is recommended to go to hospital for cytological examination, pathological tissue biopsy and ultrasound to confirm the diagnosis of vulvar cancer. If the diagnosis is confirmed, it is recommended that surgical excision, together with radiotherapy and chemotherapy, can effectively cure the disease. If it has reached advanced stage, it is recommended to actively investigate whether there are metastatic lesions, which generally has a lower cure rate.
