Pancreatic hypodense shadow without abnormal enhancement on enhancement indicates the presence of suspicious lesion, which is hypodense on plain scan, without abnormal enhancement on enhancement, and still behaves hypodense, which can be considered as cystic lesion, and there is also the possibility of malignant tumor. Pancreatic hypointense shadow in CT scanning examination indicates the existence of suspicious lesions in the pancreas, which may be benign or malignant. Pancreatic cysts, islet cell tumors, and pancreatic cystadenomas are benign lesions, while pancreatic mucinous cystadenocarcinoma and pancreatic ductal cell carcinoma are malignant tumors. In this case, further examination is needed. Enhanced CT examination can be used to identify the benign or malignant nature of the occupying lesion. If the enhancement result shows no abnormal enhancement, it means that there is no blood supply in the lesion, and it is considered to be cystic lesion, and there is also the possibility of malignancy, because pancreatic cancer also shows low density. If the image shows that the pancreatic low-density shadow enhancement does not see abnormal enhancement, it should be further examined under the guidance of the doctor to confirm the diagnosis, combined with the other stages of the image to judge, and give standardized treatment after a clear diagnosis.
