People who lack exercise in their daily life, people who lack fruit and vegetable intake in their diet, as well as people who are stressed and people who drink alcohol for a long time. Three ways to self-test for cerebrovascular disease: look in the mirror and smile with your mouth to one side; hold your hands flat and observe if one side is falling; repeat a tongue twister or poem that you used to be able to say without being clear. The following symptoms should be seen in hospital: sudden severe headache, dizziness, vomiting; abnormal sensation such as numbness of one limb or hemiparesis; sudden loss of speech, reading, memory loss; sudden coma. What should family members or friends do in case of cerebrovascular attack: for coma patients should lie flat on the ground without pillows, tilt the patient’s head to the side and keep the airway usual; dial 120 or 999 emergency number; do not give the patient any medication to prevent aggravation of the disease. General patients should also try to lie flat and quickly go to the hospital for treatment.
