Prolonging the survival of patients with advanced NSCLC is the standard of care. 1. Patients with adenocarcinoma and nonsmokers are better able to gain survival benefits from treatment with Troche; 2. Troche prolongs the survival of patients with all types of non-small cell lung cancer; 3. Rash is a signal of clinical benefit from Troche treatment and is positively correlated with survival; 4. The unique pharmacokinetic properties of Troche ensure its optimal clinical benefit.
