Dry stool, bleeding, and pain may be due to two conditions: first, it is due to dry stool itself. If the stool is dry, the stool is in the form of lumps or sheep feces balls, after eliminating the stool, it may cause damage to the intestinal mucosa, causing congestion and edema of the mucosa, and thus bleeding changes. Patients only need laxative treatment, if the stool is smooth, the stool is not dry, not dry, the symptoms of bleeding and pain will disappear naturally. It is recommended that patients can apply polyethylene glycol 4000 or lactulose oral solution and other laxative drugs for symptomatic treatment; secondly, it is due to intestinal diseases, such as rectal diseases like hemorrhoids, anal fissures, perianal abscesses and so on, which stimulate intestinal bleeding after lifting dry stools and are accompanied by pain. It is recommended that the patient be treated with a combination of carrageenan suppositories or musk hemorrhoid suppositories in the anus. If treatment is ineffective, colonoscopy should be improved as soon as possible.
