The typical lung cancer manifestations can be divided into different cases, including peripheral lung cancer and central lung cancer. Peripheral lung cancer will have small localized patchy shadows, which can be spherical or round-like, reticular and diffuse. Central lung cancer is primarily a round shadow centered in the hilum with irregular margins and may appear as a burr. The mass is lobulated, and eccentric, asymmetric cavities can be seen, and the inner wall is not necessarily smooth and uneven. It should also be combined with further CT examination, even CT-enhanced scan, MRI and corresponding clinical symptoms, and biopsy of the cancer to clarify and treat in time.
