  How to use Tui Na therapy to treat stroke?  Tui-na therapy is mainly used for patients recovering from hemiplegia and post-stroke. It involves the use of various Tui-na massage techniques on acupuncture points and related areas, together with specific activities, to promote early recovery of the stroke patient. The key to this treatment lies in the techniques applied, which are generally required to be performed under the guidance of a tui na practitioner.  There are three main cases of tui na treatment for stroke hemiplegia.  The first case: for patients with stroke and clinical manifestations such as hemiplegia, irritability, bitterness and stringiness of the mouth and pulse, the patient should lie prone and first apply pressure on both sides of the spine on the back, from top to bottom 2 to 3 times, focusing on Tianzong, Liver Yu, Diaphragm Yu and Kidney Yu, then apply the L method on both sides of the spine on the back, waist, buttocks and upper and lower limbs on the paralyzed side, focusing on both sides of the lumbar spine, shoulder chin, Quchi, Hegu, Huanjiao, Zhizhong, Chengshan and Achilles tendon. The patient is placed in the supine position, the patient first uses the L method on the anterior superior iliac spine of the paralyzed side, then goes down the front of the thigh to the ankle joint and the back of the foot, with emphasis on rubbing the hare, knee eye and Xiexi. At the same time, with the passive extension and flexion activities of the hip, knee and ankle joints and the internal rotation movements of the whole lower limb, then take the paralyzed side of the committee, Chengshan, and press and rub the Feng Shi, knee eyes, Yangling and Xie Xi, and finally apply the rubbing method to the lower limbs for about 3 minutes; finally, push the forehead with one finger meditation, wipe the face and take the shoulder well for about 1 minute.  The second condition: for patients with hemiplegia, limb weakness, fatigue and pale tongue as the main clinical manifestations of stroke, ask the patient to lie on his back, push and press the acupuncture points of Zhonggui, Qihai, Guanyuan, Tanzhong, Blood Sea, Feet Sanli and Sanyinjiao with one-finger meditation for a total of 8 minutes; apply the L method from bottom to top on the inner and outer side of the paralyzed upper limb, focusing on pressing and rubbing the shoulder k, shoulder Nei Ling, arm, Quchi, Hand Sanli, twisting the fingers and metacarpophalangeal joints, and cooperating with the shoulder The patient is in a prone position, rubbing the Directing Vessel and both sides of the foot and solar bladder meridians, focusing on the Spleen, Stomach and Diaphragm meridians, until the patient is warm. The head and face operation is performed with the one-finger Zen pushing method, with point pressure on Baihui, Sun, Yin Tang and Fengchi, and repeated operations with the wiping method, and finally taking the shoulder well for 3 minutes.  The third condition: for patients with stroke and clinical manifestations such as hemiplegia, dizziness and tinnitus, lumbar and knee weakness, frequent urination, etc., ask the patient to lie prone, push Kidney Yu, Life Gate and Diaphragm Yu with one-finger meditation, rub the Governor’s Vessel and both sides of the Foot and Solar Bladder Meridian directly to penetrate heat; then ask the patient to lie on his back, use palm to massage Qi Hai and Guan Yuan to penetrate heat; apply the L method on the inner and outer side of the lower limbs on the paralyzed side from the bottom up, focusing on pressing Chung Quan, Kun Lun, Hang Zhong, San Yin Jiao, Foot San Li, and Foot San Li. Apply the L method from bottom to top on the inner and outer side of the paralyzed upper limb, focusing on pressing and rubbing the acupuncture points of the shoulder, Hui, Hand Sanli, Hegu, Yangxi, and Laogong, and passively moving the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and finger joints, for a total of 8 minutes; push the sun with one finger meditation, push the forehead, press the Baihui and Yin Tang, repeatedly, and finally take the shoulder well, for a total of 3 minutes. 3 minutes in total.
