  Also known as the Mannorrhea IUD, the main component of the Mannorrhea Ring is levonorgestrel, which provides reliable contraception. After the placement of the IUD, regular ultrasound examinations are required to determine its position in the uterus. There are usually no independent symptoms, i.e., no uncomfortable sensations, and the dislodgement of the IUD can only be clarified by relevant examinations. Therefore, it is recommended to go to the hospital after 3-7 days of menstruation for ultrasound or fluoroscopy to determine if there is suspected dislodgement of the IUD.  In order to achieve the ideal contraceptive effect, it is recommended that patients should pay attention to the following aspects: 1. grasp the indications: appropriate examination should be performed before placement, including pelvic examination, breast examination and cervical smear, except for pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases, lower reproductive tract infections, etc.; 2. place at the right time: it is recommended to place the ring 3-7 days after menstruation without sexual intercourse, and those who have not had sex for more than 1-2 days can still have the ring. If you have sexual intercourse, you can’t place the ring; 3. Reasonable rest: take a rest for three days after surgery, don’t do heavy physical activities for a week, don’t take a tub bath and have sexual intercourse for two weeks, and keep your vulva clean; 4.
