Female infertility is defined as the failure of a married couple to conceive after living together for more than one year without using contraception. According to the statistics, the chance of female infertility accounts for about 15% to 20% of the reproductive age. The common causes of female infertility are as follows: 1. Zona pellucida autoantibodies react with the zona pellucida to prevent sperm from penetrating the egg and prevent fertilization. (2) Homozygous immunity: sperm, seminal plasma or fertilized egg are antigenic substances, which are absorbed by vaginal and uterine epithelium, and then produce antibodies through immune reaction, so that sperm and egg can not be combined to form a fertilized egg and can not be implanted. 4. Ovulation disorders caused by endocrine function abnormalities (1) Functional factors Mental illness or excessive stress, underweight or overweight, strenuous exercise.
