What are the symptoms of early stage prostate cancer?

Early stage of prostate cancer is usually asymptomatic, as the tumor is difficult to be detected in the early stage, as the tumor grows slowly, it will show urinary symptoms. As the tumor metastasizes, the corresponding symptoms will occur at the site of metastasis. Urinary symptoms include pressure symptoms, some patients will show symptoms such as frequent urination, urgent urination, dyspareunia, straining to urinate and increased nocturia. If metastasis or peripheral invasion occurs, such as invasion to the bladder or seminal vesicles, it will cause hematuria and hematospermia, i.e. the ejaculated semen contains blood, and some patients may even have impotence symptoms. If distant metastasis occurs, such as metastasis to the pelvis or spine, pain in the pelvis or spine or pathological fracture will occur, all of which are clinical manifestations of prostate cancer.
