Which drugs are more effective in the treatment of antipsychotics?

Many patients are still confused about which antipsychotics are more effective. Some psychiatrists are also confused. Some doctors are aware of this, but in order to get a rebate, they use drugs with poor efficacy and high rebates against their will. In fact, the U.S. FDA, under the guidance of leading psychopharmacologists, has already meta-analyzed a large amount of information, as can be seen from the following chart: the white dotted line in the chart indicates the efficacy level of the standard drug haloperidol. Those above this line are superior to haloperidol. Those below this line are far worse than haloperidol. Because some drug companies added “water” to their studies, the researchers eliminated all the information provided by the drug companies themselves and reanalyzed it. It can be seen that the actual efficacy of clozapine and risperidone is not as good as the drug companies themselves boast. This is the reason why I choose olanzapine, amisulpride, and haloperidol, for treatment. Pentoxifylline is not produced abroad, so there is no information on it in the study. It has about the same level of efficacy as haloperidol. As for risperidone, as you can see from the graph, the level of efficacy is average. As for Paliperidone Ridda is Risperidone that has been metabolized by the liver and is exactly the same as Risperidone in terms of efficacy or side effects. The long-acting injectable form of paliperidone is used for patients who refuse to take medication. Aripiprazole or quetiapine or ziprasidone are all much worse than haloperidol and do not address the treatment of more severe schizophrenia at all. According to the analysis of the data from the authoritative psychopharmacology experts of the FDA, I have combined four drugs (olanzapine, amisulpride, haloperidol, and pentoxifylline) with the best efficacy and not exactly the same pharmacological mechanism to form a treatment plan, and have achieved good results in thousands of patients and treated many difficult cases that had not been solved by other drugs for years.
