Surgical treatment of glioblastoma in advanced age

  The patient, a male, 84 years old, was admitted to the hospital with dizziness for more than 5 months, aggravated with vomiting and unsteadiness in standing for 1 month.  The tumor was completely removed by craniotomy and the postoperative paraffin pathology was glioblastoma.  There were no postoperative complications and he can take care of himself, and he has been living progression-free for 34 months.
